Terms of use
In short: Sequent is free and provided as is. Your tasks and timelines are yours. If paid Plus features are offered later, they will be sold through Lemon Squeezy under its own terms. Dutch law applies.
Who we are
Sequent is made by Omni, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Ryan Koning, Dennenweg 34, 9674 JW Winschoten, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42088998, VAT number NL005486458B92. You can reach us at hello@askomni.app. Omni is not affiliated with Adobe. Adobe and Adobe Express are trademarks of Adobe.
Using Sequent
By installing or using Sequent you agree to these terms. Sequent runs inside Adobe Express, so Adobe's own terms apply to your use of Adobe Express.
Free, and provided as is
Sequent is free. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be free of errors, always available or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change Sequent or stop offering it.
Your content
Your tasks, timelines and designs are yours. Omni claims no rights in them, and Sequent never sends them to us (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you enter, and for checking a timeline before you rely on it. Keep your own copy of plans you can't afford to lose.
Paid features
If optional paid "Plus" features are offered later, they will be sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is then the seller and handles the payment, under its own terms and privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Omni is not liable for any damage caused by using Sequent or by not being able to use it, such as lost data or lost time. This does not limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, for example for intent or gross negligence, and it doesn't affect the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date and a note below.
- 7 October 2026: first version, for Sequent 1.0.0.
