Terms of use
In short: the add-on is free and provided as is. Your staff list and your charts are yours. Check a chart before you rely on it, and make sure you are allowed to use the data you put in. Dutch law applies.
Who we are
Org Chart from CSV (the "add-on") is made by Omni, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Ryan Koning, Dennenweg 34, 9674 JW Winschoten, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42088998, VAT number NL005486458B92. You can reach us at hello@askomni.app. Omni is not affiliated with Adobe. Adobe and Adobe Express are trademarks of Adobe.
Using the add-on
By installing or using the add-on you agree to these terms. The add-on runs inside Adobe Express, so Adobe's own terms apply to your use of Adobe Express.
Free, and provided as is
The add-on is free. There is no paid tier, trial or subscription. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be free of errors, always available or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change the add-on or stop offering it.
Your content
Your staff list, your photos and your designs are yours. Omni claims no rights in them, and the add-on never sends them to us (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you enter and for checking a chart before you rely on it: who reports to whom is read from your rows, and a chart drawn from a mistake will show that mistake.
The data you put in
A staff list is usually personal data about other people, and putting it into a design is your decision, not ours. You are responsible for having the right to use it and for who you then share the design with. The add-on gives us no access to it.
Acceptable use
Use the add-on lawfully, and in line with Adobe's terms for Adobe Express and any rules of your organisation. Do not attempt to disrupt it, or to reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Omni is not liable for any damage caused by using the add-on or by not being able to use it, such as lost data or lost time. This does not limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, for example for intent or gross negligence, and it doesn't affect the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date and a note below.
- 20 October 2026: first version.
