In short: Matchday Kit is free and provided as is. Your club's details, lineups and designs are yours. Dutch law applies.

Matchday Kit is made by Omni, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Ryan Koning, Dennenweg 34, 9674 JW Winschoten, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42088998, VAT number NL005486458B92. You can reach us at hello@askomni.app.
Using Matchday Kit
By installing or using Matchday Kit you agree to these terms. Matchday Kit runs inside Adobe Express, so Adobe's own terms apply to your use of Adobe Express.
Free, and provided as is
Matchday Kit is free. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be free of errors, always available or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change Matchday Kit or stop offering it.
Your content
Your club's details, squad, lineups and designs are yours. Omni claims no rights in them, and Matchday Kit never sends them to us (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you put in, including the names and logos you use and the rights to them, and for checking a graphic before you publish it. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Omni is not liable for any damage caused by using Matchday Kit or by not being able to use it, such as lost data or lost time. This does not limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, for example for intent or gross negligence, and it doesn't affect the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date and a note below.
