What Matchday Kit does
Matchday Kit is an add-on for Adobe Express that makes your football club's lineup, fixture, result and league table graphics.
Getting started
Open Matchday Kit from Add-ons in Adobe Express. On the Club tab, type your club's name, upload your logo and paste your squad, one player per line with the shirt number first (9 Jan de Vries). From the logo the add-on proposes two club colours; click Yes, or Change to pick others.
The lineup
The Lineup tab shows your last lineup on a pitch. Drag a player onto another player or position to swap them, onto Substitutes to put them on the bench, or onto Not selected. Or tap a player for "Can't play" (then choose who replaces them; substitutes are listed first), Captain, Swap or "To bench". "Copy last week" brings back the lineup saved with your last lineup graphic, also after you paste your squad again.
Adding a graphic
Under "Add to your design", click Square, Story, Landscape or A4. The graphic is added as a new page of that size, or on the current page if it is empty and already that size. It is made of normal shapes, text and images, so you can click any part to change it. In a list of names, such as the substitutes, click the upper half of a name or zoom in first: zoomed out, the lower half can select the name below. One Undo removes the whole graphic. Dragging onto the page isn't supported.
What it remembers
Club, colours, logos, squad, formation, the last lineups, opponents and their logos, and your settings, in this browser, with Adobe Express' storage for add-ons. On another browser or computer you set it up again. "Delete all saved data" on the Club tab removes everything. The privacy policy has the details.
Words on the graphics
They follow the Adobe Express language (English, Dutch, German, French or Spanish), or pick one on the Club tab. The add-on's own panel is in English.
Fonts
The graphics use Source Sans 3 from Adobe Express' font library. If it isn't available, Adobe Express' default font is used and the panel says so.
